Kidder Mathews is the largest independent real estate firm on the west coast. During my time as a Marketing Assistant with the firm, I created several forms of marketing material to help brokers promote their listings.
The design process would consist of a broker requesting a specific form of marketing material for his listing (such as a flyer, a booklet, or social media graphic) and I would create said marketing material for him using one of the previously constructed templates that our senior marketing staff created.
It was my responsibility to take the broker's content for his listing and create the marketing material within the foundations of the templates, but adjusting and redesigning the template as necessary in order to display all of the information that the broker requested while at the same time maintaining an aesthetically pleasing design that abided by the company's established brand guidelines.
